Information you provide
Contact, quote and pre-order forms collect your name, company, email, phone and the project information you choose to provide, including platform, camera channel count, location, timeline, VMS, SCADA, referral source and messages. We use this information to respond, prepare quotes, support evaluations and notify pre-order submitters when their platform launches.
Downloads and acceptance records
The secure download flow collects your name, company, email and optional phone number. It records your IP address, user agent, verification and acceptance timestamps, EULA edition and version, file version and file SHA-256. These records document acceptance of the agreement and delivery of software. Email verification and download access use a session cookie.
Email processing
Resend processes transactional email for VisionAery, including verification codes, download links, submission confirmations and launch notices. Information needed to send those messages is shared with Resend.
Site protection
Where configured, Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the contact and quote forms from abuse. Website requests may include technical information such as IP address and browser details for security and service operation.
Retention
We keep submissions for responding to inquiries and supporting the resulting relationship. Download acceptance records are retained as records of the software agreement and are not deleted through routine cleanup. Contact us about retention of your information; deletion requests may be limited where records must be retained.
