Our beginnings

Our Story

VisionAery was founded in 2023 with one guiding principle: to be the best in the world at building complex computer vision solutions for problems that have yet to be solved in a scalable way. That has been our hedgehog concept since day one. What we lack in variety of analytics, we make up for in the quality of the niche solutions we bring to market.

VisionAery is a bootstrapped company founded by Kaylor Greenstreet and Casey Rawlins, who both came from industrial contract integration services. Their deep knowledge of data integration and remote systems has shaped our emphasis on edge-first, scalable solutions that integrate with our customers' existing systems.

Now in its fourth generation of Liquid Leak Detection, VisionAery has made considerable strides toward reliability in this application. We plan to continue innovating and bringing other solutions to market that are just as effective as Liquid Leak Detection.

Kaylor Greenstreet serves as CEO of VisionAery and brings deep knowledge of remote system design and product execution. He is also a partner at Twin Eagle Solutions, an industrial communications integrator that has been successfully in business for over 26 years.

In his free time, Kaylor enjoys golfing and has been known to schedule the occasional four-hour meeting on the course. Kaylor also planted a Christian church in Wichita in September 2026 and serves as a deacon.

Casey Rawlins

Casey Rawlins serves as CTO of VisionAery and brings an incredible breadth of knowledge in camera capabilities and data and system integration. Before co-founding VisionAery, Casey was involved in multiple startups, including Thermal Radar and Azena. His passion for knowledge and innovation, combined with his practical know-how, has been invaluable in creating the VisionAery LLD product.

One of Casey's special talents is his ability to have a podcast or audiobook playing in the background while he is working and still consume its content with perfect retention without having to focus on it. In his free time, Casey enjoys taking his wife dancing.

Hands in the dirt

We don't build analytics from California, New York, or overseas. We get into the use case as deep as we can — because that's the only way to truly understand the problem and how to solve it.

Real data, never synthetic

We train our models on real footage only. Synthetic data strips away the dirty, messy nuances of real industrial sites — AI can't recreate every imperfect condition an operator faces day to day.
