Install the app on an Axis ARTPEC-9 or Hanwha Wisenet 9 camera. No server, no extra hardware.
On-server
Run the same application on an Emerson PACSystems IPC, an x86 box with an Intel or NVIDIA GPU, or an NVIDIA Jetson Orin, and add RTSP streams from the cameras you have.

The full V4 application as a Hanwha Open Platform app. Fixed and PTZ.
